Call it a cat Solarium, condo, window box, perch, or whatever you like, we think we have a unique accessory for your cat with a professional fit and finish. The Clearview Cat Condo is designed to give your loving pets a taste of the outdoors while in the comfort and safety of the house. We designed our cat perch with freedom in mind. Instead of restrictive framing or bars, we have a panoramic view from inside and out. We use weather resistant, strong, sealed wood products for floor and ceiling. The windows are commercial grade acrylic that will stay clear though sun and rain. We also included ventilation holes that naturally allow fresh air to come in and hot air to escape. We designed our Cat Solarium to be the absolute best in fit and function. Why give your cat a condo when you can give them the house!

🐱A magnetically latched front panel with a cat door offers easy entry. The magnetic latching panel is stable and at the same time easy to remove to access for cleaning.
🐱Our magnetic latches are also a safety feature. Trust that your pet won't get stuck inside and can get out with just a light push to release the magnets if the door is accidently locked.

 

The Clearview Catio home offers an upscale panoramic view and completely ditches the cage look. Additionally we designed it to last with our tough exterior grade materials. On top of that, it is easy to install and slips right into a window.

Easy installation - The catio home is designed to slide into a window and installs in just a minute or 2. We offer a range of Widths from 18" to 48" Wide. To ensure the best fit, make sure your window can open at least 15.5" tall.

Weather Resistant Materials - This is incredibly important. We use exterior grade materials that resist both UV and Water exposure including UV resistant acrylic windows and exterior grade premium plywood. This ensures your Catio home is built to last. We build our catios to be strong, safe, mold and weather resistant.

Energy efficiency - The design of our catio home takes extra steps to keep outside weather and temperatures outside. The front panel with pet door softly latches closed magnetically. Also, the magnetic face panel offers a barrier to keep indoor air in side. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
